Third-Generation Homebuilder Follows Tradition of
Built-in Pride

Stephen Brewer started Brewer Custom Homes in 1984, but his vision of homebuilding began generations before. A third-generation homebuilder, Stephen follows both his father and his grandfather in the tradition of building homes with pride in the Tampa Bay area.

Over the years, Stephen’s dedication to excellence has been recognized within the industry. When division president for a local building company, he had a Street of Dreams entry win five out of the eight professional awards including Best of Show. Later, he won a Parade of Homes Merit Award and Remodelers Showcase of Excellence.

Today, Stephen is a State Certified Building Contractor who is bonded and insured as a homebuilder and a member of the National Homebuilders Association, Tampa Bay Chapter. Additionally, he is a former chairman and current member of the Remodelers Association of Tampa. He and his wife Debbie have four grown children and five grandchildren. They are members of St. Paul’s Catholic Church. Stephen is an avid golfer and sailor and counts woodworking among his favorite hobbies.
